Our client, the inhouse creative agency at a growing tech firm is looking for a UX Writer. This is a remote freelance position (40 hours a week) for 6 months with potential to extend.

Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX Writer to help us apply voice and tone throughout our new digital experience.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Technology, and Design to make complicated features understandable, approachable, and trustworthy through content design. You will use research and service design skills to advocate for users, making sure they feel guided, supported, and confident throughout their experience.

To be successful in this role, you’ll not just be a great writer and editor, but you’ll also be proactive in your problem-solving, strategic in articulating your point-of-view, comfortable with ambiguity, and generous in your collaboration style. The team will look to you to own and execute the written voice throughout the product.

An excitement to evangelize content design/ux writing activities and methods throughout the team is a nice to have.
