Producer - Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Producer ready to work with leads across all of our disciplines to build amazing experiences for our players and users. In your role, you will be driving one or more projects, setting the course for successful productions from the earliest stages through development and launch and into post launch operations and updates. Our ideal candidate will be ready to take on challenges with new or established teams, helping them make the most of their time. You will thrive on problem solving and mitigating roadblocks across the team to ship the projects on time and budget at exceptional quality. You will make sure communication is smooth and clear and that information flows in all directions. 

Responsibilities
?    Primary Responsibility for supervising the timely, quality delivery of app and game projects, features, and content
?    Create, prioritize, and help to manage project roadmaps, sprint plans, tasks and backlogs.
?    Create and Organize Tasks and information needed for developers, artists and designers.
?    Coordinate QA testing efforts, prioritize bugs and track resolution to ensure high-quality, bug-free, builds and submissions.
?    Track status and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
?    Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
?    Run production meetings and scrums to ensure effective communication of goals, tasks, progress, and blockers across the teams
?    Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available resources


Qualifications and Skills
?    Experience in a production role in the video gaming industry
?    Passionate about game and app development with a focus on user experience
?    Keen organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
?    Self-starter and results-oriented
?    excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of team members and personalities
?    Able to clearly and concisely communicate across distributed teams and keep leaders and stakeholders in the loop on plans and changes as they occur
?    Proficient with various production tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, G-Suite, etc. and ability to pick up new tools easily
?    Skilled in running team meetings and scrums as well as executive and stakeholder discussions
?    Ability to negotiate and form consensus, and to help define and drive action items
?    Solid project management foundation across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and deep understanding of how games, art, and software are created
?    Ability to handle delivery pressure and skilled in prioritizing and organizing the team’s work to yield successful outcomes 
?    punctual, proactive, and possessing a strong work ethic
?    Able to foster collaboration and communication in a distributed team environment
