Overview:

As the Vice President of Creative, you will be responsible for developing strategic creative solutions across multiple channels, including print collateral, advertisements, presentations, and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and executive against the creative roadmap
  • Lead creative kick-offs, producing multiple conceptual directions and campaign assets
  • Drive performance, testing multiple strong concepts and analyzing against metrics
  • Develop and execute the long-term creative strategy for existing and new products
  • Drive integration of art direction and design to different media channels, including digital, print, and video
  • Establish strategic and compelling content across multiple social and digital platforms by leveraging creative visual concepts
  • Work cross-functionally with other team leaders to ensure continuity across the organization
  • Offer strategic recommendations and new concepts to continuously drive potential business opportunities
  • Accomplish the brand’s objectives by adhering to company plans and budgets

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience (10+ years) producing integrated campaigns and leading creative teams
  • Experience overseeing the creative direction for wellness brands
  • Past success building and growing creative teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
