Client Overview:

Our client is a producer of certified vegan health & wellness supplements which have shown amazing proven results. We are searching for a Creative Director to join their team who has an innovative spirit and can help elevate the brand identity.

Creative Director Overview:
As the Creative Director (Product Marketing + Luxury Packaging Specialist), you will be responsible for creating visual solutions for global retail packaging, including but not limited to, packaging layout, in-box assets, and production graphic design elements. 

Creative Director Responsibilities:
•    Oversee creative direction of packaging artwork, product descriptions, claims, product marketing decks, secondary packaging, box accessories, brand merchandise design, and endcaps.
•    Lead key content projects, including creation of product decks to educate retail partners, influencers, and professionals, for new product launches that align with the overall brand voice, vision, and mission.
•    Work closely with the Marketing team in support of the overall brand strategy and vision.
•    Provide strategic and creative recommendations and offer new ideas, concepts, and designs.
•    Oversee artwork for globally complaint products with over 20 different SKUs.
•    Ensure the brand voice comes through clearly and consistently across every part of the customer journey. 
•    Remain current on emerging trends, implement design best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance metrics and performance.
•    Participate and contribute in creative brainstorms and collaborative work with the Chief Marketing Officer.
•    Track content performance and perform regular analysis to make informed changes to content strategy.

Creative Director Qualifications:
•    7+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Packaging Design Director for an emerging or established brand.
•    Have a strong sense of communicating product positioning through packaging, at shelf and in a product marketing deck.
•    Strong technical expertise with deep knowledge of health & wellness and/or cosmetic industries.
•    Experience creating visual assets for retail partners, including Ulta, Target, Sephora and Nordstrom, a plus.
•    Demonstrated innovative and operational skills. Both creative and analytical.
•    Knowledge of global marketing principles and global consumer trends is essential.
•    Excellent retail merchandising experience. 
•    Strong track record of collaboration with cross functional teams.
•    Experience in growth stage companies is highly preferred. 
•    Experience with content creation and production tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
