Our client, a PR Agency, is in search of a VIP + Showroom Manager This role will manage day to day showroom and VIP activity as well as execute communication strategies.• Ideate client celebrity and VIP placement, gifting, events, and strategic initiatives
• Manage day-to-day communication with the showroom team and VIP team
• Manage day-to-day communication with the stylists and VIP teams for gifting
• Maintain and develop excellent knowledge of significant fashion and cultural media outlets.
• Manage Showroom, VIP and Intern team
• Ensuring client reports managed and executed Showroom Management
• Oversee facilitating showroom loans, returns, and gifting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail is a must
• Self-starter, motivated, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Experience with Fashion GPS, Microsoft Office, Canva, Social Media monitoring tools
