VP of Marketing Overview:

You will be the lead in creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our and will contribute to lead generation through various marketing channels.

As VP of Marketing, you will be adaptable, solutions-oriented and have the ability to build consensus but also come to closure as a strong decision maker. You will be a thoughtful leader who keeps tabs on integrated communications trend

VP of Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic marketing campaigns connecting all platforms, including website, email, print, and social media, own marketing calendar development and management

  • Track and report spend and performance by channel as well as communicate media plans, results, and optimizations to key internal stakeholders

  • Build the brand retail marketing strategy

  • Direct social media, communications and influencer strategies and ensure consistent and cohesive branding and messaging across platforms

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns that drive revenue

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the media strategy and execution are aligned to company objectives and continually test to deliver on company goals

  • Collaborate with growth marketing on customer journey, connecting the dots between value proposition, campaigns, onboarding, and life-cycle experiences to improve conversion rates and drive growth

  • Partner with internal and external partners to develop creative testing and communicate findings to improve channel performance

  • Identify growth opportunities and define, develop, and own marketing strategy, vision, and plan to materialize on those opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally across to grow the business through multiple marketing channels, including content, campaigns, social media, influencers, partnerships, SEO, referrals, lifecycle, and performance channels

VP of Marketing Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 9+ years’ brand marketing experience

  • Enthusiastic leader, experience managing a team and providing marketing direction

  • Prior experience working with Sephora and/or ULTA is preferred
