Leading healthcare company in OC is looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to join their team.

Contract to Hire

Title: Web Marketing Specialist

Location: Irvine – 4 days onsite

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary role of the digital marketing specialist is to support national (B2B & B2C) websites and 800+ local office website properties through enterprise WCMS (web content management system). Additionally, the candidate will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for website development and projects. Candidates for this role are expected to provide technical and analytical expertise in identifying, diagnosing, recording, and developing solutions under the leadership of the web marketing manager.

 

  • Manage and create any information, landing pages, or other website content via the content management system (AEM)
  • Determine effectiveness of campaigns in multiple channels including social media and makes recommendations to optimize campaigns/reallocate resources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing channel support, includes providing guidance of campaign compatibility with channel and creating training documentation to educate relevant internal stakeholders of essential functions
  • Propose program and process improvements including implementing and executing new strategies and delivering on established KPIs
  • Efficiently manage the design (in conjunction with designers), development, QA and deployment for all CMS/website updates and new landing pages
  • Manage multiple projects/campaigns from initiation to execution to ensure project objectives are achieved with best practices
  • Work with product marketing to support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Maintain existing corporate website(s), ensuring consistency of content, design and brand, as well as relevance to business priorities
  • Support PDS’s project management process and methodology
  • Provide analytical support for the development of a technology strategy
  • Assess technical systems and business processes to ensure they meet business needs
  • Identify, clarify, and document issues or projects that affect the web channel or any web-supported functions
  • Provide acceptance testing for relevant features and enhancements, assist development teams with test cases and scenarios, and provide post-release support
  • Verify and investigate defects or issues reported by the team, identify and propose potential solutions to root causes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leaders to record business requirements, verify dependencies, and prepare any preliminary plans or design documents

 

 

REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in enterprise web marketing for a business with national locations
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Marketing, Communications, or related field. In lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience implementing Adobe AEM or similar web content management system
  • Experience working in an agile environment or with agile methodologies
  • Experience drafting and finalizing product design requirements, use cases, user stories, and documentation

 

PREFERRED:

  • Master’s Degree in marketing/communications or related field
  • Knowledge/experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google & Bing Webmaster Tools, search engine optimization (SEO), local search strategy and SEM/PPC (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Facebook Advertising)
  • Experience working in an agency setting
