About the Job:
· Build and brief strategic assortments for the US and Canada wholesale markets
· Prepare and lead merchandise presentations to sales partners
· Recommend distribution and pricing strategies to promote clear segmentation of the marketplace
· Guide life-cycle recommendations to ensure sell through and productivity
· Build product training and sales tools
· Monitor sales performance and react accordingly
· Understand consumer and competitor landscape
· Identify white space opportunities in the business through market research and using consumer insight data
· Analyze business and category trends on an ongoing basis to ensure decisions are customer-focused and data-driven
About You:
· Bachelor's degree preferred along with 3+ years of retail or merchandising experience
· Working knowledge of apparel merchandising and marketplace trends
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi task, and effectively problem solve
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills: presentation, oral and written
· Financial and analytical skills
· Proficient in software applications: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
*Hybrid position; in office appearance once a week. Can work anywhere in the US but must be comfortable working PST time
