Assisting Production Team with maintenance of Purchase Orders, handing heavy data, and communication with factories along with additional duties. The position is a great opportunity for an individual to learn all aspects of Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check FOB / packaging cost and revise as needed.
- Update PO's with price and updates on a daily revision
- Update PO's with shortages
- Release PO sheets to factories
- Update factory allocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and/or experience equivalent
- Intermediate Level skills -Excel. Prefer candidates with proficiency with Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success working independently and in a team environment
- 1 - 2 year experience within production preferred
