I’m a client looking for talent, how does this work?

It’s simple! We’re here to help. You can directly call any of our offices or fill out the “Find Talent” form found on our website by clicking the Find Talent tab at the top right of our homepage. You can find the phone number for each office by clicking the “Contact” tab at the top of our homepage as well. Once we receive your request we’ll work collaboratively to find exactly what you're looking for.

How quickly can a freelancer start?

When working with 24 Seven, you can have talent start immediately. If you need great talent right away, give us a call so we can discuss exactly what it is your looking for. We’ll ensure we have candidates to present to you that we have met with and are ready to hit the ground running.

How much does it cost to work with 24 Seven?

The cost of talent varies based on several factors, such as the role, experience level, etc. Give your nearest office a call to speak directly with a representative regarding specific costs and rates. We’ll work with you to determine a budget that’s feasible for you.

If I like my freelancer, am I allowed to hire that person fulltime?

Yes. If you would like to bring your freelance candidate on fulltime, just discuss this directly with your point of contact here at 24 Seven.

Will my registration be kept confidential?

100%. We value your privacy, and only our internal team has access to our talent database. Oh, and don't worry – we'll always ask your permission before sending your info or resume to an interested employer.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

It always depends on the candidate and the opportunity. We'll provide specifications for what to bring when we give you the opportunity.

What if there’s no 24 Seven office in my city?

While we're constantly expanding, no one can be everywhere at once – but fear not. We regularly conduct remote meetings and interviews via phone or Skype, so there's still an opportunity to find the perfect freelance jobs with 24 Seven.

I am relocating and looking for work in a new city. Can you help?

Absolutely – it's what we do best. We'd be happy to assist you directly with work in a new city if you're planning to relocate. While we don't offer relocation services, you can easily use our job board to view job postings in a specific city, and if you register and reach out to us, we can put you directly in touch with a member of our team in your target city.

I want to be considered for one of 24 Seven’s posted jobs. What should I do?

First things first: register on our website. After registering, a member of our local team will reach out directly to set up a time to chat about your background and what opportunities might be a good fit. If it looks good, we'll schedule a time for you to meet with one of our Account Managers at the nearest office. Regardless, registering lets you view the exclusive freelancer jobs posted to our job board, and once your account is set up, you can apply directly to anything you think you'd be a match for.

Can 24 Seven help me stand out as a candidate?

That's our specialty. As a recruitment agency, we go above and beyond to help our candidates stand out. We conduct in-person interviews to get to know our candidates on an individual level, and we consider your needs, skills, and goals to help find the perfect job opportunity for you. Whether you're looking for digital marketing jobs, copywriting jobs, or any other freelance job, we’ll work with you on your resume to make sure it’s tailored for the type of position you’re looking for and coach you through the interview process.

Does 24 Seven have a Referral Program?

You bet! If you refer someone who ends up being a good fit, you'll take home an extra $200 as our gesture of thanks. But all things come with a catch, so keep these disclaimers in mind:n Oly Candidate Referrals that are not already in 24 Seven's applicant database qualify for this program. If the candidate referred has already applied for a position with any 24 Seven once, they are not eligible for this program. Referral bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who register with 24 Seven, meet hiring criteria, accept an assignment or position and work 100 total hours for freelance or 90 days for fulltime placement. Only one bonus is paid per candidate referred. All referrals must be placed in a 12 month period from referral date to be eligible. Remember we fill positions in the Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative Services, Fashion, Retail, Beauty and Events. Think you know someone who'd be a great fit? I applied to one of your open positions from a job site. What is my next step?

Sit tight: you should see an email from one of our Account Managers to speak further about the opportunity. We also recommend noting down the job reference number, located on the specific job posting, so you can follow up on the status. Please do keep in mind that we receive a high volume of applicants for jobs posted on various job sites.
