Develop concepts and visuals used in a variety of creative projects, including presentations, websites, and social media campaigns.
Demonstrate experience in creative materials of all formats including: typographic, photographic, illustrative, graphic, video, and animated elements.
Serve as the design lead for internal and external projects. Provide direction and design solutions from concept to deliverable.
Take lead to solve creative challenges.
Research new technologies to position themselves as a thought leader in digital design.
Manage multiple projects at multiple stages with the account and creative teams to drive on-schedule results.
Manage and discover external freelancers and contractors for projects Act with integrity, exercise strong direction and creativity, and appropriately communicate with clients and the account team.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
Demonstrable knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent organizational skills.
Understanding and background of brand communication and digital marketing.
Experience with creating designs that translate into web and social media executions.
Strong knowledge of and interest in social media.
You understand the strengths of each network, and maintain a curiosity for what’s next.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
You’re happy to take ownership of problems and mentor junior team members.
You’re comfortable giving and receiving critical feedback and collaborating with others.
You’re a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
Undergraduate degree in fine arts, design, advertising, communications and/or related fields.
3-5 years of design experience, ideally in an agency, marketing services or consulting environment.
Portfolio of work to demonstrate your craft across social media and digital projects. Demonstrable knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
