349447 - Marketing Campaign Specialist

Marketing Campaign Manager Campaign planning and ideation • In collaboration with internal customers and external agencies, help shape out end-to-end plans for marketing campaigns including definition of the target audience, opportunity, objectives, content topics, and performance tracking • Gather and organize market insights from various sources to provide actionable input for content and campaign ideation. Elicit remarkable content ideas both internally and externally to address identified market opportunities • Assess opportunity size for newly proposed campaigns and marketing ideas Project coordination and campaign execution • Drive execution of planned marketing efforts assuming A to Z project management ownership. Track production progress to ensure that strategic goals, creative quality expectations, and deadlines are met • Set up and administer campaigns in channel-specific campaign manager tools. Ensure appropriate landing pages are in place • Coordinate digital placements between marketing directors and internal and external agencies, and track invoices • Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams. Maintain strong relationships with the segment vertical marketing directors (VMD), vertical marketing managers (VMM), and other internal clients. • Develop presentations to showcase performance of marketing efforts Reporting and analytics • Ensure accurate and actionable analytics for marketing efforts. Ensure appropriate tracking codes, and analytics settings are in place • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data • Drive continuous improvement through execution of splits tests and data-driven decision making Management of content development process • Oversee content development efforts to ensure it is line with objectives and scope defined in the planning phase • Develop content outlines and drafts based on gathered market insights • Gather and select assets including product and application imagery and videos Ad Agency and Publications relations management • Negotiate placements with Publications, evaluate placement proposals and explore new placement opportunities • Act as a liaison between the Agencies and the VMD’s or VMM’s Job Qualifications: (education, work experience, knowledge & skills) • Minimum 5 years in agency or corporate client-side creative environment, and excellent understanding of how agencies function • Project management/producing experience • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills • Strong hands-on experience with configuring and using Google Analytics platform • Strong hands-on experience with and technical expertise in at least some of the following digital marketing channels: Social Media advertising, PPC Display, digital media placement, and SEO • Experience with content management including setting and tracking goals • Knowledge of electronics industry or imaging technology a plus • Experience with b2b / commercial applications and markets preferred • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
