We are seeking a Sr. Account Strategist to join our growing team to support our global client portfolio. The primary role of the Sr. Account Strategist is to support our client’s learning objectives by utilizing your strong business acumen and flawless communication skills along with deep product knowledge to ensure our clients are utilizing our product-suite fully and successfully. You are responsible for the performance and stability of the account, always on the lookout for organic growth and referral opportunities. You conduct yourself with professionalism in all relationships (internal and external) and positively contribute to a fun, rewarding and collaborative company culture. 


Reporting to the VP, Account Strategy, the Sr. Account Strategist will: 

• Set the strategic direction for the client, maintaining responsibility for the unified performance of the account and client satisfaction 
• Work closely with internal departments, partners, and clients to gather requirements and act as the project manager and communications liaison to ensure client needs and objectives are translated into effective solutions 
• Set up, plan agendas for, and lead internal team meetings and client-deliverable meetings and provide actionable notes/recaps 
• Build and maintain project schedules in concert with client(s) and partners 
• Maintain open communication with each client to provide updates and hear concerns/challenges in order to strengthen trust and credibility in our work 
• Conduct and/or coordinate training sessions to help clients most effectively utilize our products for their specific business needs 
• Proactively drive client renewals while partnering closely with the internal Operations and Finance teams 
• Work to resolve complex product questions/challenges in partnership with the support team and solutions engineers 
• Partner with the Sales and Implementation teams early in the relationship to establish a strong foundation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the client 
• Bring out the strengths of each Intellum team member to deliver the highest-quality work for our clients 
• Define and document best practices and contribute to company’s knowledge sharing effort

Preferred Professional Experience: 
• 7+ years in a client services role; agency experience a plus 
• SaaS software experience preferred 
• Experience with learning-focused software preferred
