In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to generate and maintain media planning calendars, spread sheets and timelines for execution of new marketing strategies. You would also work with creative agencies and marketing teams to ensure timely trafficking of ads to all confirmed media outlets.
- Develop and implement media strategies, planning calendars, spread sheets and timelines and work with cross-functional team to ensure deadlines met
- Research potential platforms for advertising and PR efforts across multi-media channels non-traditional outlets and stay up-to-date on publications and media outlets
- Develop, and implement efficient insertion order system to ensure timely confirmation of ad rates and placement to select publications and media outlets
- Work with creative agencies and marketing teams to ensure timely trafficking of ads to all confirmed media outlets
- Budget management and spreadsheet development for specific special projects, media placements, and departmental expenses
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
