Inthis role, you would be responsible for maintaining strong relationships withexisting and new clients. You would also be responsible for overseeing daily contact for all account activity,ranging from campaign development, print, digital, social, and CRM.
• Support clients’ efforts to navigate andgrow their brand by acting as a business partner and a resource; provide strategic guidance to the clientand internal teams

• Understand clients’ industries andcultures and identify how brand can contribute to and expand their businesses
• Maintain relationships with existingclients; support organic and newbusiness opportunities and participate in their pursuit
• Negotiate and secure renewal contracts,identify and develop upsell opportunities, and manage customer retentioncampaigns
• Ensure product messagingand brand style guidelines are followed and consistent across allcommunications
• Bachelor’s degree
