Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Account Coordinator to support and manage a group of existing accounts. We are looking for someone energetic and fun to join our growing team to provide excellent service to our customers. You must be able to provide great service to customers, while also working well in a team environment.
· Serve as the primary point-of-contact to a growing base of accounts. · Provide consultative project planning, including quotes and project plans which include timing for design, production, and fulfillment/distribution/installation. · Learn our internal systems for quoting, and project scheduling. · Learn the details of each product and service offered. · Manage projects and update customers, as needed, about project progress and deadlines. · Liaison between Account Executives and production to insure project success. · Attend client meetings and functions. · Learn our process for business development and account management to grow your base of customers. · Report to the Account Services Manager.
· Experience in customer service and/or account management in creative services, digital printing, large format printing, or promotional products required. · Excellent email and verbal communication skills required. · Must have excellent customer service skills. · Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. · Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while handling important project details. · Experience quoting print and related projects required. · Excellent project management skills required. · Experience with print estimating is preferred. · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. · Expertise with MS Excel and MS Word are required.
