As the Account Director, you would be responsible for overseeing the management of key day-to-day client relationships to ensure all initiatives are achieved on-time and on-budget.
• Act as the client relationship manager, understand the client’s marketing objectives, and partner with creative and account management teams to create strategies
• Serve as the primary advocate for the client’s brand, ensure brand consistency across all projects, and actively acquire thorough knowledge of the client’s business
• Oversee the account team to ensure all initiatives are achieved on-time and on-budget and encourage exceptional performance
• Generate and evaluate reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to advance business initiatives
• Remain current of the client’s business and competition to direct marketing and advertising plans and strategic planning and implementation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Account management experience
• Ability to build great relationships with clients and lead a pitch
• Strong presentation skills
