Account Executive, Home Fragrances
Our client is a boutique fragrance house specializing in body, home, aircare, room sprays, candles, and industrial cleaning fragrances.
In this position, you would be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You would also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in assigned target accounts.
**This is a remote role - must live close to a major airport**
Identify and present business opportunities with strategic insights and data for new business; pursue new opportunities, draft and evaluate proposals, and manage negotiations with potential partners
Maintain strong relationships and anticipate needs of existing customers in assigned target accounts; visit and contact customers on a regular basis to maintain and strengthen relationships
Oversee sample requests and ensure all information entered in the system has correct design, packaging and shipments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative services, evaluation, application, R&D, marketing, and regulatory to ensure projects are aligned with customer requirements
Remain current of industry developments, competitive activities, fragrance ingredient cost movements, and new product launches
5 years’ Fragrance Sales experience (NOT fine fragrance)
Excellent communication skills
