Account Manager - Agency

Leading agency is seeking an Account Manager to join their team!

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
  • Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
  • Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify opportunities to bring added value to the client and agency through expanded scope and services
  • Advertising account executives are office-based though travel for meetings may happen, and staff may be expected to socialize with clients
  • Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
  • Responding to clients' requests as they arise
  • Taking part in pitches for new contracts
  • Keeping records and handling invoices within the software operating environment of the agency
  • All other duties necessary as directed by management for the successful servicing of clients

- 3-5-years agency experience

- automotive/aftermarket experience

- Must have experience with best practices in account management
