Accounts Payable Clerk

A media company in Glendale is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 4 month temporary assignment. 

This M-F, 40 hours/week and the pay is ~25/hr DOE. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Processing of vendor invoices, expense reports while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures 
  • Assist with the AP inquiry email inbox and respond timely to internal and external inquiries 
  • Work with internal business partners and outside vendors to resolve invoice/documentation discrepancies 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of AP experience 
  • Experience in the use of MarkView/Kofax invoice tool 
  • Oracle experience required 
  • HS Diploma or equivalent 
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Possess strong research and organizations skills 
  • Possess initiative, be diplomatic and flexible under all circumstances 
  • Interpersonal skills are a must as the position requires building relationships with various departments such as Treasury and Tax, as well as interacting with both internal customers and external vendors 
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service via email and phone
