Admin Help Needed for Luxury Automotive Co

The Contractor will provide support to the Manager of Facilities and Corporate Services with administrative tasks on various site events/promotions, vendor management, as well as other various on-going Corporate services.
• Prepares purchase order requests and tracking
• Invoice processing, reconciliation and tracking
• Assistance in Vendor Management administration
• Participation in and administration of newly created facilities related processes to streamline efficiencies
• Assists in the development and management of capital and operational budgets, as well as analyzes monthly department budgeting and accounting reports
• Supports in the implementation of short and long term projects
• Insures departmental compliance with company minimum audit standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Accounting/Finance or Engineering Fields Preferred and/or
• 1-3 years’ experience in related field Project Management, Accounting/Finance or Engineering Fields Preferred
• Proficiency in Excel required
