Administrative Assistant

Property Management company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their various properties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized and with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries from homeowners
  • Intake and management of work orders
  • Serve as liaison between vendor and home owners ensuring issues are promptly taken care of
  • Track all work orders and provide to manager on a monthly basis
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service to home owners
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed
  • Draft correspondence and send out as needed
  • Maintain records to parking permits for various properties
  • Receive and process application for club house rental
  • Maintain calendar of club house rentals
  • 2+ years administrative and customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
