A financial company in Montvale, NJ is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This is a 12 month temporary position with full time hours at pay rate of $22/HR
This position will support the delivery of the company's training programs including management and tracking of program materials (both printed and electronic) and assistance with training registration, delivery and close-out procedures, In addition, this role will assist with other administrative duties to support the team as a whole including contracts, maintaining inventories, data entry, materials copying and shipping, various reporting, and special projects as determined by the team.
3+ years of recent administrative experience
Previous experience in meeting planning
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Intermediate Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
Able to pass a background check prior to start
