Position Overview:



In this role you will be performing administrative duties and tasks.



Responsibilities:





  • Fielding telephone calls, receiving packages, and directing visitors




  • Categorizing and forwarding mail to relevant parties




  • Creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing




  • Managing scheduling, travel, and day-to-day appointments




  • Maintaining a log of all incoming communication





Key Qualifications:





  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience




  • Be able to solely manage multi-line phones and route heavy volume of calls




  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers and clients




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)




  • Very attentive to details and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
