In this role you will be performing administrative duties and tasks.
Fielding telephone calls, receiving packages, and directing visitors
Categorizing and forwarding mail to relevant parties
Creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing
Managing scheduling, travel, and day-to-day appointments
Maintaining a log of all incoming communication
Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience
Be able to solely manage multi-line phones and route heavy volume of calls
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Very attentive to details and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
