In this position, you would be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in a professional and efficient manner.
•Prepare general correspondence, minutes, meeting supplements, and program materials to be distributed both internally and externally
•Manage the daily calendar and logistics, including travel, expense reports, meetings, appointments and conference calls
• Answer the phone, direct calls, respond to customer emails, and track orders
•Plan, coordinate, and organize special meetings
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity
- Possess strong communication, organization, detail oriented, and prioritizing skills
