In this role you will be performing administrative tasks and duties in a fast-paced environment.
Fielding incoming calls, e-mail, and mail correspondence; take messages and transfer calls
Screen incoming calls and e-mails and draft correspondences accordingly; sort to agents
Review incoming documents, and perform research according to clients concerns and needs
Regularly post properties through advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing service
Manage scheduling, travel, and day-to-day appointments
Knowledge of preparing documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases a major plus
Be able to solely manage multi-line phones and route heavy volume of calls
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing with co-workers and clients
