Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:

In this role you will be performing administrative tasks and duties in a fast-paced environment.


  • Fielding incoming calls, e-mail, and mail correspondence; take messages and transfer calls

  • Screen incoming calls and e-mails and draft correspondences accordingly; sort to agents

  • Review incoming documents, and perform research according to clients concerns and needs

  • Regularly post properties through advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing service

  • Manage scheduling, travel, and day-to-day appointments

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of preparing documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases a major plus

  • Be able to solely manage multi-line phones and route heavy volume of calls

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing with co-workers and clients
