Our National Retail client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team covering for a medical leave (4-6 weeks)
Assist the Director of Promo Planning/eCommerce and the team of 30.
Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinating Meetings
• Creating Agendas for Meetings
Minimum Position Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus three-five years’ experience in general office work or retail including customer contact; or combination of relevant education and experience.
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
• 40 WPM typing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
