Administrative Assistant

Our finance client is seeking a contract administrative assistant to join their team! This job requires a high level of data entry, and an ideal candidate would have a typing speed of 55+ words per minute. They will have some knowledge of excel, and an excellent attention to detail, as well as high verbal and written communication skills. This is a 3-month contract to start out, and all applicants must be in the pacific time zone.

Job duties may include:

  • Create, edit, and proofread letters, memos, reports, presentation materials, and prepare correspondence.
  • Prepare materials from rough draft.
  • Receive and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Respond to inquiries, including responding to routine requests for materials and information.
  • Maintain confidential information including department records and files.
  •  Audit processes for accuracy.
  • Collect information from various sources and compile into reports and correspondence.
  • Support multiple business processes and team members by completing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to successfully work and participate virtually with company provided system and tools and in virtual conference calls.
