•     Review new and amended license agreements and breaking down key operational and financial terms to support licensing and accounting processes

•     Maintaining accurate contractual data in multiple systems and understanding the critical components such as Film and TV categorizations, rights clearance processes and payment terms

•     Daily monitoring of systematic changes to key contractual information

•     Adhoc projects: work with management to identify strategic projects that can be implemented to provide value add to the business. Take ownership of additional ad-hoc projects as assigned by management in line with business initiatives



The position requires an extremely capable individual who is motivated, tactful and able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

•     Familiarity in digital media and TV distribution contract management, product licensing and windowing

•     Ability to interpret and analyze complicated licensing agreements

•     Highly organized, extremely detail oriented

•     Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and/or direction easily

•     Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•     A strong relationship builder with excellent customer service skills

•     Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

•     Willingness to take initiative and to identify and develop new opportunities

•     Flexible – committed to getting the job done and going the extra mile

•     Degree level or equivalent

•     Experience of working within a larger, multi-national organization

•     Passion and flair for the film industry
