As the Art Director, you would be responsible for supporting brand management and execution to ensure consistency across the brand.
• Support brand management and execution to ensure consistency across the brand through all channels and develop visual design standards for the brand
• Partner with key internal teams to understand marketing and creative needs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives
• Drive integration of art direction and design across all channels, including, print, desktop, mweb, email, social media, display advertising, and video
• Work closely with other teams, such as education and retail to develop creative concepts for robust 360 experiences
• Ensure accurate execution of creative vision, including photography, retouching, illustration, typography, and video development
• Work with external agency, remote teams, and vendors, including production agencies, UI/UX agencies, and video vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or communication design
• 5-7+ years’ creative experience, especially in digital channels
• Passion for design and art direction
• Knowledge and experience in digital
• Understanding of beauty, fashion, and photography
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
