Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing (Skincare)

Client Overview: 

Our client is a well-known natural skincare brand with an international footprint including a presence in Sephora.

Position Overview:

In this role, you would execute all aspects of North America retail marketing with a primary focus on Sephora.  You will be responsible for ensuring marketing programs align with retailer objectives – as well as connect, engage, and inspire consumers.


  • Execute strategy aspects to plan Sephora launches, including promotion, sales, and marketing support

  • Conduct research and drive concept development; manage the sampling strategy

  • Analyze SKU productivity in conjunction with sales strategy to drive merchandising recommendations

  • Monitor marketing campaign KPI’s, sell-in and sell-thru by channel to improve retail sales

  • Negotiate with retail accounts on calendars, projections, allocations, orders, and promotional dates

  • Execute annual planning for sales targets, new launches, forecast and activation opportunities 

  • Collaborate with Sephora Education

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-3 years’ retail marketing experience within Beauty

  • Sephora North America experience (required)
