Assistant Store Director - Valley Fair
Luxury Jewellry and Watch company seeks an Assistant Store Director for their Santa Clara, Valley Fair location. The Assistant Store Director will assist with all issues related to the management of the boutique.
Enhance quality and maintain integrity of the company image in the San Francisco market.
Support Store Director in the overall operation of the Store, while providing the highest level of customer service to support the growth of sales.
Assist Store Director in developing boutique personnel performance goals.
Assist in the management of optimal levels of inventories/model stock in coordination with the merchandising departments.
Interface effectively and professionally with high profile clientele and all levels of Executive Management.
Assist clients in the selling of products.
3-5 years of luxury sales and supervisory experience preferred with the ability to develop and motivate personnel to achieve goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
Organizational and problem solving skills.
Experience in employee relations issues as required with a large group of direct reports.
Experience with high profile PR events and ability to network at such events.
