As the AssistantStore Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving storeproductivity and profitability and assisting with monitoring and tracking trendsand opportunities of key business metrics.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Support Store Manager indriving store productivity and profitability and assist monitoring, tracking,and communicating trends and opportunities of key business metrics 

• Lead by example, maintain an active salesfloor presence, and support and coach team members in delivering the brand’sstore experience and support a positive client-centric environment 

• Monitor team sales productivity and supportongoing evaluation and provide feedback for coaching and development of storeteam members 

• Meet individual sales goals and build andcultivate client relationships and supportachievement of business goals by creating action plans with Store Manager 

• Assist coordination and planning of storemarketing and event initiatives and identifynew trainings and initiatives needed to grow the business

• Support store schedule creation and ensuringintegrity of time and attendance and assistin development and implementation of merchandising directives and tests 

•Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and coachingof all store employees and partnerwith Store Manager to provide regular feedback, coaching, and counseling onperformance of sales team 

• Liaise with HQ partners, including merchandising,customer experience, inventory management, operations, marketing to ensuresuccess of all cross-functional projects and initiatives 

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3year’s retail experience with 1-2 years in an Assistant Store Managerrole 
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and growbusiness 
• Proven experience leading a product andcustomer centric sales environment
