Athletic Store Manager: SoHo

• Develop, support and evaluate Sales Management roles
• Maximize employee satisfaction
• Oversee the implementation of the associate training programs encompassing sales and customer service techniques, policies, product and system knowledge
• Partners with other Senior Management to define, prioritize and implement strategic projects and initiatives in support of the company’s long-term operations strategies
• Oversees the development and implementation of total store solutions designed to continuously improve all in-store processes and enhance the customer experience 
• Advocate associates and help facilitate career paths for associates by providing ongoing coaching and opportunities for developmental assignments 

Key Qualifications:


• 5+ years of Retail Management experience with at least 3 years in a high volume and/or multi-unit environment 
• 7+ years management experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing high performing teams
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and people skills and ability to manage and develop a high performing team
• Ability to think strategically and apply necessary analytical skills to drive business results
• Proven track record in providing a high level of service to internal and external customers

•Must demonstrate a passion for sports and living a healthy lifestyle
