In this role, you would be responsible for assisting customers achieve their needs and recommend products across all categories tailored to their needs. You would be responsible for providing the highest-level customer service, sharing insight to exceed clients’ needs, and driving sales.
• Assist customers achieve their needs and recommend products across all categories tailored to their individual needs
• Remain current of present beauty trends and incorporate into recommendations; understand current product selection and features
• Provide the highest-level customer service, share insight to exceed clients’ needs, and drive sales; recommend optimal product offerings to generate sales
• Meet KPIs and CRM requirements; achieve store, category, and individual sales targets; represent the brand appropriately at all times; follow all store policies and procedures
• Establish and retain strong client relationships; answer client concerns and inquiries; maintain customer correspondence; update customer database
• Maintain positive relationships with store management, colleagues, and various levels of company employees
• Strong understanding of the brand
