Benefits - Call Center Representative

Leading Orange County Food and Beverage company  is currently looking for a Benefits - Call Center Representative  to support their Human Resources team!


The Benefits Call Center Representative (temporary) is responsible for answering incoming calls and/or emails from our employees, assist them with Open Enrollment inquiries and answer questions, provide plan information, take phone and/or email enrollments, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.


  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Provide employees with benefit questions and plan information
  • Handle employee inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Knowledge of benefits
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
