Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Rep

Leading product company is looking for a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Rep to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years corporate customer service experience, have strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a team environment

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Communicate directly with customers for day-to-day support
  • Receive, input and manage orders
  • Process incoming claims
  • Work with internal teams to ensure orders are feasible and on schedule
  • Ensure all paperwork (including Export documents) are ready for shipment
  • Ensure client is receiving what’s requested
  • Maintain various reports including Open Orders
  • Follow all procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve as needed
  • 2+ years corporate customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English / Spanish
  • Experience within Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
