Brand Manager (Mass Fragrances)

Position Overview:
As the Brand Manager, you would be responsible for product development and brand marketing of mass fragrances for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:

Drive the creation and development of fragrance, personal care and beauty brands for a dynamic portfolio of global beauty brands and retailers

Oversee and drive all aspects of product development lifecycle and manage full turnkey development from creative concept through market launch and activatio

Manage fragrance and formula development for briefing fragrance houses and labs, creative concept development, artwork management, creative design brief, and internal design process

Track industry trends to identify white space opportunities for each account and analyze marketplace activity to stay on the pulse of new launches

Work with the sales team to manage client relations and the approval process, design studio and package development team on artwork process, including routing and proofreading
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

4-6 years of beauty product development w/ some experience in the fragrance category (mass or prestige)

Marketing experience is a plus

Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional skills and the ability to work within a matrixed team both internally and externally

Excellent communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership

Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced, demanding environment
