Company Overview: 

Our client is an emerging beauty/skincare brand backed by Private Equity. 

Position Overview:

In this role, you will develop and implement innovative marketing programs + conceptualize and execute comprehensive 360 marketing plans in support of new product launches and knowledge of industry and consumer trends.


  • Initiate and lead all marketing strategies and projects including: new product launches, seasonal promotions, special events, sampling initiatives, product messaging, collateral and advertising

  • Develop and implement marketing programs tailored to specific channels across retail, specialty, dept stores, spa

  • Identify strategic positioning of new products within the category drawing from industry knowledge

  • Lead concept development for U.S. specific products, identify unique claims, translate clinical results, benchmarking vs. competition

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • 7-10 years’ beauty marketing under your belt

  • Experience with skincare across prestige + mass

  • Proven track record of successful execution of new product launches

  • You: independent, entrepreneurial, a self-starter, detail oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
