As the Business Analyst, you would improve operational processes across the company’s sales and service teams and spearhead tools improvement projects.

• Take a structured and consultative approach to deliver and communicate succinct and well-articulated business requirements
• Become an expert at driving improvements in the company’s tools ecosystem focused on Salesforce system
• Scale solutions through process improvements, manage Salesforce and Service Cloud enhancements and training materials
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience using Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity and detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
