The Role

We are looking for a detail oriented Campaign Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing campaigns for exciting and diverse brands and categories throughout TV, Radio and Press. You will work with our internal creative agency as we continue to grow and expand our capabilities.

The Candidate

As a Campaign Manager, the focus will be on managing numerous integrated deliverables. The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of video, print and design production with an expertise in digital marketing. Additionally, this candidate will be able to anticipate workload and the resources needed, while working closely with the Senior Campaign Managers to coordinate and support production teams in creating and executing innovative campaigns to achieve product goals.

To be successful in this role, this candidate will have the ability to seamlessly flex between managing multiple projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and trafficking deliverables. A strong understanding of creative teams and process will be crucial and experience in a range of mediums will be key.

The ideal candidate will be an organised self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance for projects. Additionally, this candidate will have demonstrated success in managing creatives, identifying and solving competing priorities and timelines to streamline deliverables. They must have a strong understanding of creative project workflows, including the ability to scope creative engagements, estimate and track budget effectively, identify and resolve issues as well as managing risk and timelines. You must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work where you have delivered projects with high impact.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in leading campaigns in TV, Radio and Press

  • Provide project/program management and guidance to teams, across various mass advertising and brand driven deliverables

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative team members, media leads and senior leadership

  • Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Experience managing, tracking and communicating budgets to drive business line goals

  • Able to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward

  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
