Client Overview:

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be the primary owner of the relationship with the Ulta account. You'll forecast retail sales and gross shipments by month and report on weekly performance, as well as oversee program analytics to determine ROI and help drive decision making around best performing activities.

You'll report into a VP, Sales with a dotted line into a VP, Product Marketing. 


  • Serve as the data expert to support the team with all selling processes, forecasting, consumption, gross sales, loyalty, and marketing development funds

  • Build the annual business plan based on analytical review of historical and competitive data and strategic direction for the brand and customer

  • Create customer and promotional analysis from promotional accountability to circular productivity and manage periodic and ad hoc customer analysis reporting

  • Establish calendar of in-store strategy and promotional plans in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Work with syndicated data to provide insights on competitive activity specific to the Ulta account

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-4 years’ business analytics supporting sales teams

  • Proficient with syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, NPD, IRI, etc.)

  • Experienced with Excel Pivots & VLOOKUPS

  • Prior retail experience supporting ULTA is a PLUS

  • Self-starter; proactive; data driven; analytics

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
