Community and Content Manager

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for directing all aspects of the social media strategy across all platforms


• Direct all aspects of the social media strategy and create and implement the social media calendar for all social media platforms
• Remain current on emerging industry trends; develop new content ideas, reposts, retweets, and regrams for daily social media conversations 

• Develop compelling content to engage new and existing consumers via emotional storytelling, building buzz and brand equity

• Oversee and mentor freelance writers, ensure content is consistent across platforms, and promote editorial content across all networks

• Engage with followers on a consistent basis, maintain the social media calendar, and respond to online reviews
• Source and manage influencer relationships, track content across its lifecycle, optimize top performing content, and provide recommendations to enhance the web content strategy

Key Qualifications:

• Proven content strategy experience

• Experience working with influencers, managing dashboards, and developing community

• Experience and interest in the beauty industry
