Content Acquisition, Program Coordinator

Our client, a leading consumer electronics brand, is looking for a contractor to support our Content Acquisitions team to help support program operations. This role reports to the Sr. Content Acquisitions Manager and will work cross-functionally to manage outreach to our community of content creators, facilitate creator payments, and track status of the user experience. The Acquisitions Awards Coordinator is responsible for program success, operational excellence and helping to provide first class service to the global community of brand content creators.. This role will work as an extension of the brand, representing the company to our most important client: brand creators!

What You Will Do

• This position is responsible for assisting the Content Acquisitions Team with project and process support for company Awards
• Manage community stoke and payment operations
• Facilitate distribution of Content Acquisition coupon codes
• Manage communication flow between content creators and brand
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all departments receive necessary user information
• Support on going development and best practices for Community Database (Salesforce) • Maintain ongoing program tracking documents for Content Acquisitions
• Update Awards Landing Page with creative changes as needed through AEM
• Develop internal presentations and reference documents for assigned projects, including but not limited to Process Documents, Monthly Data and Analytics, Budget tracking
• Internal point of contact for Awards Platform Operations

Requirements: Skills We’re Stoked About
• Friendly and professional demeanor, 1 -2 years experience in a consumer–facing role
• Exceptional level of organization
• Marketing, communications, entertainment/media partnerships and/or project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Experience working with SalesForce
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Problem solver, ability to think out of the box to resolve new challenges
• Familiarity with the brand and style
