Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a world-class Content Marketing Manager to help us tell our story and shape the future. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be a vital part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. You will play a key role in developing and building core content across all stages of the buyer’s journey, as well as defining promotional strategies to promote this content online. 

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and talented writer across several media channels and audiences. Working closely with product, sales and marketing, you will drive the development of a wide range of content such as blog posts, ebooks, reports, one-sheets, emails, newsletters, landing pages, webinars, print collateral, videos and more. 

Your content will help acquire high-value leads, win new business, educate prospects, and upsell and cross-sell solutions. We expect this person to bring innovative and compelling content ideas to drive measurable results from buyers. 


Lead the creation of all marketing content for the (blog, ebooks, reports, one-sheets, emails, newsletters, landing pages, print collateral, webinars, videos and more) 
Develop ideas and concepts, write and edit short-form and long-form content assets from start to finish 
Build and execute on a content roadmap to support the buyer’s journey 
Conduct keyword research for SEO-focused content development 
Manage and communicate editorial calendar on a daily/weekly/monthly basis 
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to gather requirements, align content development and execution with key business objectives 
Partner with designers, freelancers and external stakeholders on content production 
Build and execute distribution plans and desired results for each asset, working with internal and external teams to maximize exposure and demand for each asset created 
Monitor the performance of content across the company’s different channels and maintain a set of ongoing metrics and reports 
Apply and maintain consistency with our brand voice 


5+ years experience as a marketing content producer 
Proven experience writing high­ quality and occasionally technical content of different lengths (e.g., blog posts, reports, eBooks) 
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, account based marketing (ABM) and the buyer’s journey 
Portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility across multiple formats (web, social media, email, collateral, video, etc.) 
Experience working with content management systems (WordPress) and marketing automation software (Marketo preferred) 
Basic understanding of SEO best practices 
Experience with social media and other content distribution channels 
Strong quantitative ability to report on content performance 
Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
Track record of meeting and exceeding expectations with a strong attention to timeliness, detail and results 
Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners 
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
