Content Specialist (Data Entry)

Base Pay: $15.45

Start Date: ASAP 

Contract Length: 3-6 months, with potential to extend

Location: Onsite only at Seattle, WA

A Content / Data Entry Specialist role will be to transcribe image text to copy for ADA captioning. We are looking to ensure that all product copy is consistent with the company's voice, has accurate information for our customers and is free of grammatical errors and typos. An understanding of Web writing, editing and strong organizational skills is also highly desirable.


  • Transcription of image text to copy for ADA captioning
  • Attention to detail while producing high volume workload
  • Review events for accuracy and compliance
  • Data Entry pertaining to relevant needs of the business
  • Downloading vendor images from websites
  • Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies as business needs dictate


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in relative work experience (BA preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly
