Content Strategist

Position Overview:

In this role you beresponsible for content planning of regular site updates, particularly relatedto new prospective customers and the cross-sell for the multiple productsincluding TV, high speed internet, and wireless.

Responsibilities:

•Develop content strategies informed by data insights and digital best practicesthat meets business needs, champion the user experience and bring messages tolife in a clear and compelling way 
• Collaborate with the design and writing teamto determine the message focus and hierarchy for all digital channels(websites, social media, email, digital paid media, content marketing, etc.) 
• Serve as the chief strategic architect of ourdigital campaigns - clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideasclearly, user flows/click paths and cross channel synergy 
• Create highly optimized experiences throughsegmentation and personalization 
• Constantly improve customer engagement andsales performance by partnering with Business Analytics to review lead trafficand measure sales KPIs 
• Use A/B testing technologies to constantlyimprove digital performance 

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience (4+ years) as an interactive content strategist ordirectly related experience 
• Firm understanding of content strategy andresponsive design principles 
• Prior exposure to online data reports coupledwith the ability to draw conclusions and hypothesis 
• Excellent organizational skills and experiencemanaging multiple projects with competing priorities 
• Motivated self-starter with the ability tomanage multiple projects at a time 
• Prior experience with e-commerce and accountmanagement carts and flows for telco or entertainment content and/or telco orentertainment technology brands is a BIG plus
