Contract Recruiter

Our client, a leading digital brand with global recognition is looking for a recruiter to help with an R4R (Recruiting4Recruiters) initiative. This person will be tasked with supporting a fast-paced build out of the company Recruiting team by working with high-level hiring managers, partnering with the current Corporate Recruiting team, and working with complex systems and offer processes to do so.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Source and attract top recruiters worldwide (Tech, Ops, and Corp G&A recruiting experience)
- Manage hiring manager expectations, maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Adapt to new applicant tracking systems and processes quickly
- Create a world-class candidate experience for all inbound and passive candidates - Be knowledgeable about the company business and can create a strong pitch to close competitive candidates
- Be able to understand and explain comp and equity packages
- Work closely with the R4R team to improve on process and develop innovative strategy around finding top recruiting talent

Experience:
- Both in-house and agency recruitment experience is preferred (with metrics to back up success / hires)
- Experience hiring recruiters (R4R)
- Experience hiring high volume pipelines
- Experience negotiating / closing high-level roles
- University degree preferred
