Creative Brand Director

In this role, you would be responsible for directing the creative team across design, copy, creative operations, and campaign coordination. You would also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campaign development, including concept ideation, copy, and production.
• Lead the creative department of 4+ employees across design, copy, creative operations, and campaign coordination
• Direct the strategic vision into engaging, integrated marketing campaigns via concepts, messaging, and asset delivery
• Manage all aspects of campaign development, including concept ideation, copy, production, and asset delivery
• Communicate with team members for campaign content, timeline, status, and changes and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Develop and implement engaging digital and social campaigns and incorporate emerging trends with a customer-centric approach
• 5-7+ years’ experience
• US Beauty industry experience, preferably skincare
• Experience managing a creative department or at a creative agency
