As the CRM Email Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the company’s CRM acquisition strategy and the CRM calendar of communication by segment.
• Oversee the company’s CRM acquisition strategy and the CRM calendar of communication by segment
• Develop and test email templates, smart email lists, and lead generation strategy to drive CRM acquisition KPIs and increase email subscriptions
• Provide recommendations for improvement across segmentation, testing, and creative to meet business goals
• Manage segment lists based on behaviors, including geo targeting, sales lifecycle, email engagement, website interactions and user preferences
• Establish documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ CRM marketing experience
• Background with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
• Proficient with marketing automation technology
